A one-day stand-down for veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Solano County. Hot meal, hygiene kits, replacement boots and jackets, and on-site help with VA benefits, CalVet eligibility, and the Solano County VSO. Any U.S. military veteran qualifies (any era, any discharge status - VSO will help with upgrade paperwork on site). When: Saturday, September 12, 2026, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Where: Solano County VSO, Fairfield. Bring DD-214 if you have it (not required - VSO can pull a copy).
