Federico Beauty Institute is partnering with The Guardian Project to give free haircuts to school-age children (ages 5-17) the weekend before classes start. Who qualifies: Solano County families with minor children in Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville, or Vallejo. When: Saturday, August 8, 2026, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Where: Mission Solano Bridge to Life Center, 310 Beck Ave, Fairfield. What to bring: photo ID for the parent/guardian. No appointment required.
