What it does

Solano's two designated DV-services agencies. SafeQuest Solano operates the 24/7 crisis line, emergency shelter, and survivor advocacy. The Family Justice Center Solano co-locates law enforcement, prosecution, civil legal aid, and survivor advocates under one roof. Both maintain VAWA-compliant confidential records — separate from HMIS and other coordinated-entry systems.

Eligibility

Any adult or child experiencing or fleeing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking in Solano County. No documentation requirements; survivors are believed.
